We like to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange that the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Aroundtown Property Holdings Plc held on 13 September 2017 in Luxembourg approved, among others, the transfer of the registered office and principal place of business from Cyprus to 1, avenue du Bois, L-1251 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the adoption of the Luxembourg nationality without dissolution and full corporate and legal continuance with immediate effect and the change of the corporate name to Aroundtown SA (the "Company"). Given that the Company's shares are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Luxembourg will henceforth be the home Member State of the Company in accordance with the law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers, as amended.
