4.50% Bonds Issue Second Series 2004 (Maturity 2014) (GB101A04) We wish to inform you that on August 26, 2010 and for the six-month period between 26.2.2010 – 26.8.2010 the interest of the aforementioned bonds will be paid to the bond holders registered as at August 16, 2010. The bonds will trade ex-interest from August 12, 2010. It is also clarified that the interests for the aforementioned period will be paid to the investors that will proceed to a purchase or off-floor transfer of bonds until August 16, 2010.
