Dome: AGM decisions

We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of Dome Investments Public Company Ltd took place on July 28, 2010 at the Constantinos The Great Hotel in Protaras. The AGM dealt with the following: 1. Examined and approved the Directors’ Report, the financial statements and the Auditors’ Report for the year ended December 31, 2009. 2. Reelected Messrs. Nico Michaila and Vaso Chadjitheodosiou as Board members. 3. Approved the remuneration of the Board members for 2010, which remains the same as in 2009. 4. Reappointed KPMG as auditors and authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
