We inform you that the new certificates of the 'Centenary Warrants 1999/2003' of the Bank of Cyprus have been issued with a date August 9, 1999, and have been mailed to the shareholders and to the holders of warrants.
The new certificates have new design characteristics and colour and will replace all certificates of shares and warrants of the Bank of Cyprus Ltd., that are in the possession of the shareholders and holders of warrants, which will seize to have any effect or value.
We enclose photocopies of the old and new certificates for your information. In no case will the old certificates be accepted for the conveyance of shares.
