Αφού μετατράπηκε σε δημόσια το 1990, η εταιρεία σημείωσε σταθερή ανάπτυξη, ενώ ως αποτέλεσμα της εξαγοράς τον Αύγουστο 1995 της Euroinvestment & Merchant Finance Ltd, (EMF), η Εταιρεία έγινε ένας από τους μεγαλύτερους, ανεξάρτητους χρηματοδοτικούς οργανισμούς στην Κύπρο. Συνδεδεμένη με τη Φιλοκτήματική και τον όμιλο εταιρειών NKS, η Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd είναι έτοιμη να ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες της αυξανόμενης πελατείας της. Η εταιρεία έχει πρόσφατα πάρει την άδεια να προσφέρει ορισμένες τραπεζικές υπηρεσίες. Αυτό, σε συνδυασμό με την πρόσφατη συμφωνία με τη Τράπεζα Πειραιώς, που βασικά δίνει το δικαίωμα ελέγχου της εταιρεία στην Ελλαδική τράπεζα, θα βοηθήσει την Εταιρεία να αξιοποιήσει την πραγματογνωμοσύνη της Τράπεζας Πειραιώς σε τραπεζικές υπηρεσίες.
Σε Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 6 Ιουλίου 2005 εγκρίθηκε ψήφισμα για μετονομασία της εταιρείας από «Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd» σε «Euroinvestment & Finance Public Ltd».

Associated with Philoktimatiki and the NKS Group of companies, Euroinvestment & Finance is well placed to serve the needs of its growing clientele. The company has recently acquired the license to offer certain banking activities. This, in relation with the recent agreement with Piraeus Bank, which basically gives the Greek bank the controlling interest, will allow the company to utilise the expertise of Piraeus Bank on banking services in Cyprus.
