The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law it has accepted the listing of 820,000,000 Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd of nominal value €1.00 each with a stable rate of 6.50% for the first ten interest periods (until June 30, 2016) and afterwards a floating rate equal to the 6-month Euribor that will be valid at the start of each interest period plus 3.00%. In addition, the CSE Council has accepted the listing of 95,000,000 Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd of nominal value $1.00 each with a stable rate of 6% for the first ten periods (until June 30, 2016) and afterwards a floating rate equal to the 6-month Euribor that will be valid at the start of each period plus 3.00%. The interest will be payable twice a year, on June 30 and December 31 of each year.
The trading of the aforementioned Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities will commence on Friday, June 10, 2011. It is clarified that the Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will trade in the Athens Stock Exchange simultaneously.
Their English and Greek trading code of the capital securities, which will trade in euros, are BCOCO and ΤΚΜΑΕ respectively, while their ISIN code is CY0141890117. Their English and Greek trading code of the capital securities, which will trade in dollars, are BCCOD and ΤΚΜΕΔ respectively, while their ISIN Code is CY0141900114.
In addition, on the same day, the number of the Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 (BCCB/ ΤΡΚΜΧ) will be reduced to 27,283,632, the number of the Convertible Capital Securities 12/2007 (BCSC/ ΤΡΚΑΓ) will be reduced to 2,216,956,011 and the number of the Convertible Capital Securities (BCCCB/ ΤΚΜΑΚ) will be reduced to 73,093,943 in view of the exercise of the exchange right that the holders of the above titles had with the new Convertible Capital Securities.
