The Cyprus Stock Exchange – following a relevant request by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd – announces the suspension of trading of the Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 under the code ΤΡΚΜΧ/ BCCB. The Convertible Capital Securities under the code TKMAK/ BCCCB and the Capital Securities 12/2007 under the code ΤΡΚΑΓ/BCSC from Thursday, May 12, 2011 to Wednesday, May 25, 2011 (included) so as to secure the proper operation of the market and to ensure that the procedure of the applications, the exchange and the final distribution of the new Convertible Capital Securities is completed correctly.
The above titles will start trading again on May 26, 2011.
This decision was taken pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law for the protection of the investors.
It is noted that a corresponding suspension of trading will be carried out in the Athens Stock Exchange too.
