Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the movable securities of CLR Capital Public Ltd in view of the completion of the Company’s merger with Laiki Investment EPEY Public Company Ltd (now Marfin CLR Public Co Ltd) from January 1, 2009 and its subsequent dissolution on January 8, 2009.
The titles will be delisted on Tuesday, February 3, 2009.
