SFS Group Public Company Ltd announces that the Supreme Court rejected the last appeal against the decision of the Securities and Exchange Commission for the automatic revision of the public offer that had been submitted by SFS in December 2000 for the acquisition of the shares of Kyknos Portfolio Investment Company Ltd.
SFS would like to stress that the Supreme Court did not decide whether SEC’s decision was legal or not and rejected the appeals on other points.
Following the decision above, SFS will proceed to the payment of an administrative fine of £2,000, which had been imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
