SFS Group Public Company Ltd announces that the appeal No. 3308 before the Supreme Court against the Securities and Exchange Commission’s power to impose an administrative fine of £2,000 for the public offer for the acquisition of the listed company Kyknos Portfolio Investments Ltd has been rejected.
