The CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to suspend the trading of the Convertible Bonds 1999/2004 of “SFS Group Public Company Ltd” pursuant to Article 29(1) of the CSE Laws to protect the investing public so as to carry out all the necessary procedures for the conversion of Bonds into Shares and the payment of the interest from November 27, 2004 to December 31, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
