The CSE Council would like to announce that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73 it has accepted the listing of 18.616 ordinary shares of «G.A.P Vassilopoulos Ltd», which have resulted from the exercise of Warrants of the company.
Investors who wish to proceed with transactions must submit the relevant application for the opening of a trading account to the CSE as from November 11, 2003.
Trading will commence on Wednesday, November 12, 2003.
The above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 38,750,237 shares.
