Regarding the rejection of the appeal of Sharelink to the Supreme Court for the decision of the CSE concerning Kyknos and since several articles were published in the press we wish to clarify the following:
The company has signed several agreements with Sharelink and its main shareholders that have not been yet completed. Regarding this matter the company is in constant contact with the Legal advisors of the company, who will inform as to the actions that we must to secure our rights.
As already known, Kyknos has submitted a law suit against Laiki Group demanding compensations over 12 million pounds.
