The interest on the Bank of Cyprus Ltd subordinated Floating rate Loan Stock 2003/2008 for the six months ending 18 June 2003 will be paid to the stockholders registered on the Stock Registry on 9 June 2003.
In accordance with the Trading Rules of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the prices at which transactions will take place during the seven trading sessions preceding 9 June, i.e. from 29 May to 6 June 2003, will not include the interest which will be paid to the subordinated floating rate loan 2003/2008 stockholders on 18 June 2003.
