The CSE Council announces that, based on provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted the listing of 101,529 ordinary shares of “G.A.P Vasilopoulos Ltd” derived from Company’s exercising of warrants. Investors who wish to enter trading should submit their applications from November 19, 2002. Note that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company, which will reach 38,731,621 ordinary shares. Trading of the new shares will commence on November 22, 2002.
