The CSE Council announced that according to regulation 73, it has accepted for listing 36.571.875 ordinary shares of 20 cents nominal value issued at the price of 45 cents as well as 5.224.554 warrants at the exercise price of 60 cents, exercisable 18 to 29 November 2002, 17 to 28 November 2003 and 15 to 26 November 2004, of A.
