The CSE Council announced that according to Regulation 73, it has accepted 16 million ordinary shares of 25 cents each of Actibond Growth Fund Ltd., as well as 3.200.000 warrants at the exercise price of 25 cents each exercisable on the 30 April 2003, to commence trading on the 11 May 2001. The new titles will trade under the title Act for the shares and Actw for the warrants.
