Eurozone recorded a deflation in September, according to preliminary data released by Eurostat.
According to the data, inflation in the eurozone stood at -0.1% in the ninth month of the year from 0.1% in August.
Eurostat will release final figures for August inflation in the EU, the eurozone and the Member States on 16 October.
