Following its announcement of the 14 May 2002, Cyprus Airways Ltd. announced that the process for the formation of its subsidiary airline company to be based in Greece is proceeding smoothly. In the first instance, it was decided to name the said subsidiary Hellas Jet.
The company further stated that it will not make announcements to the CSE confirming or otherwise of any publications in the press, unless it is obliged to do so according to relevant legislation.
