The Cyprus Stock Exchange, further to its previous announcement dated October 24, 2014 and following a decision by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, announces the continuation of the suspension of trading of the titles of D & M Telemarketing Public Ltd, Phil Andreou Public Ltd, Elma Holdings Public Company Ltd, Dodoni Investments Portfolio Public Company Ltd and Jupiter Portfolio Investments Public Company Ltd.
The SEC, based on the power conferred by Article 127 (2) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007 to 2012, decided to request from the CSE Council the suspension of trading of the titles of those companies on the CSE from December 30, 2014 until their compliance and no later than February 28, 2015.
The Commission came to this decision as these companies have not complied with their obligation to disclose their Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2013 as well as the Interim Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2014, so investors are not provided with the necessary information regarding the financial condition of the issuers.
