At the meeting held on April 29, 2013, the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Limited decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012. The loss stands at €851,926 against a loss of €482,402 as it was announced in the indicative results. This difference is attributable to further provisions for bad debts and amortization of goodwill due to the ongoing negative financial conditions in Cyprus and in global economy in general. The results are attached.
2. The Annual General Meeting will take place on June 12, 2013 at 4.00 pm at the Company’s Head Office in Nicosia.
