CSE: Efremico remains in Special Category – CSE asked for the delisting of its titles

The CSE Council has requested the approval of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, pursuant to the CSE Law, to delist the titles of Efremico Holdings Public Ltd. The CSE Council took the decision pursuant to the power of Article 178(1) of the CSE Law for the reason that there are no more requirements for the smooth operation of the stock market on the Company’s titles since the Company is not in line with the obligation to submit its six-month results for the period ended 30/6/2012, violating Paragraph 5.2.4.2 of KDP 326/2009 (as amended).

Until SEC’s reply is received, the Company’s titles will continue trading in the Special Category Market.
