We wish to inform you that Renos Hadjiioannou handed in his resignation from the Board of Directors with immediate effect for personal reasons. Since, based on the CSE Regulations, the Company is obliged to have four Board members, the Company appointed Superchick Poultry Farm Ltd, controlled by Constantinos Hadjiioannou, as Board member until the Annual General Meeting to take place on 28/11/2012.
