Mr Paul Jarvis started his career in HSBC Group in Hong Kong and Birmingham, UK. After completing his initial training, he moved into the treasury department of a UK-based subsidiary. In 1993, he moved to a national freight forwarder called ANC Holdings Limited, where he worked as an Accounting Policy Manager. In 1994, he moved to Fermain Legal Services, an offshore management trust company based in Guernsey, managing high net worth clients. In 1995, he moved to Achievers International Limited an American direct sales company looking to expand throughout Europe, where he worked as Financial Controller.

In 1996, he joined Vision Group, where he worked as Group Finance Director until 1998. His responsibilities included the management of the Group's legal, secretarial, financial and technical divisions, the strategic development of business, etc. Since 1999, he has held the position of CEO of the Group. His responsibilities include the management and supervision of the entire operations of the Company, supervising the production of budgets and forecasts, executing directions and strategies decided by the Board of Directors and carrying out executive responsibilities granted to him by the Board of Directors.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an Associate of the Institute of Management Consultants and an Associate of the Institute of Business Group's Operations Advisors.
