We would like to inform you that during its meeting that took place on July 30, at 12:30 pm, the Board of Directors of Αctibond Growth Fund Limited (“the Company”), reviewed and approved the six-month, non-audited Company accounts for the period ended 30.6.2002 (attached).
The entire text of the six-month report that was prepared based on International Accounting Standard 34 will not be sent to the Company’s shareholders but will be available to the public at the Company’s registered office, located at 4, Riga Feraiou Street, Omega Court, 1st Floor, 3095 Lemesos, without any additional charge.
Please note that the above Company results for the period ended 30.6.2002 will be published in Alitheia newspaper on Thursday, August 1, 2002.
