We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Actibond Fund Public Company Limited (the company), examined and approved the un-audited results for the period ended 30.6.2004 pursuant to the CSE Laws and Regulations.
The results, which have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34, are attached.
The first half report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available at the company’s office Ellina Court, Theotoki 6, Nicosia, with no extra cost.
It is noted that the results for the period ended 30.6.2004 will be published in the newspaper “Alitheia” on August 7, 2004.
