We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Actibond Growth Fund Public Company Limited examined and approved the unaudited six-month results for the period ended June 30, 2005, pursuant to the CSE Law and Regulations.
The results, which have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34, are attached.
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, Ellinas Court, 6 Theotoki, Nicosia.
It is noted that the results will be published in newspaper “Alithia” on Wednesday, August 31, 2005.
