Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of AD Shopping Galleries Public Company Ltd announces that:
At the meeting held on Friday, August 28, 2009 at the Company’s office, the Board of Directors examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2009.
The results are attached.
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, 1 Andrea Haliou, Whitemoon Center, 1st floor, 2408 Engomi, Nicosia.
The results will be published in newspaper “Simerini” on Wednesday, September 2, 2009.
