The Board of Athina Investment Co. Ltd. announced that it will be convening on the 20 March 2001 in order to examine, amongst other matters, the preliminary results of the company for the year 2000. Relevant decisions of the Board as well as preliminary results will be announced prior to the commencement of the CSE trading session of the 21 March 2001.
