The CSE Council announced that according to Regulation 73, it has accepted for listing the following titles of Athos Diamond Center Ltd.:
· 26,324,554 ordinary shares of 10 cents, of which 1,256,741 were availed by public offering at the price of 32 cents per share.
· 3,760,651 warrants exercisable between 1-30 November 2002, 2003 and 2004, exercisable at 35 cents in November 2002, 40 cents in November 2003 and 45 cents in November 2004.
· Trading of the titles will commence on 27 June 2002 and the CSE will undertake the keeping of its register in the Central Register.
Shareholders wishing to carry out transactions of the said titles must apply for the opening of a trading account as of 20 June 2002. The code for the titles will be AD for the shares and ADw for the warrants. The company will be listed under the “Other Companies” section of the index.
