Athos Diamonds Center Ltd would like to remind the holders of warrants that the second exercise period begins on November 1 until 30, 2003 at the exercise price of 40 cents.
All warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must complete and sign the attached Acceptance Form and submit it along with the required amount by cheque to the following:
1) Laiki Bank Ltd account number 063-31-060871 payable to Athos Diamond Center Limited Warrants 2001/2004.
2) Registered office of the company, Posidonos 25, Light House, 8042 K. Pafos.
We would like to notify all warrant holders that they should seriously consider the share’s trading price at the CSE during the time of exercising the warrants. It is noted that at the date of this announcement, the share’s price is lower than the warrant’s exercise price. On September 25, 2003 the share was traded at 10.09 cents.
