Atlantic Insurance Co. Ltd. announced that following relevant Board decision, it has proceeded with the acquisition of a building situated in Leonida Kiouppi Street 103, Larnaca. The building will be utilised to house the regional offices of the company. The building up until recently was used as a hotel, by the name of La Maison Belge, and upon completion of necessary renovations, staff of the Atlantic Larnaca offices as well as staff of Lion Insurance Agency will be transferred to the new premises. Lion Insurance agency was recently acquired by Atlantic.
Acquisition price for the building was CYP 200.000
