The CSE Council would like to announce that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73 it has accepted the listing of 40,026 ordinary shares of Bank of Cyprus Ltd, which have resulted from the conversion of CYP 50,034 Convertible Bonds, 6.75%, maturity 2003.
Investors who wish to proceed to transactions must submit the relevant application for the opening of a trading account to the CSE from September 10, 2003.
Trading will commence on Wednesday, September 11, 2003.
Please note that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 437,505,886 ordinary shares.
From the conversion above, the number of 6.75% of Convertible Bonds, maturity 2003 to remain listed in the CSE will rise to CYP 3,029,675.
