AMENDED CONVERSION PRICE FOR THE CONVERTIBLE CAPITAL SECURITIES
Holders of the Convertible Capital Securities of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the “Company”) which are traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Exchange with codes BCCCB/ΤΚΜΑΚ and BOCB2/ΚΥΠΡΟ2 respectively and ISIN:CY0141000212 (the “Capital Securities”) are informed that the conversion price of the Capital Securities has been amended according to their terms due to the distribution of special interim dividend for the year 2010 of €0,50 per share, in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 30 August 2010 and following the approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 September 2010. As of 26 October 2010 (Ex- interim Dividend Date) the Company’s shares are traded on the CSE and the ATHEX excluding the right to the special distribution of interim dividend.
The new amended Conversion Price has been calculated and set at €4,24.
