Review and setting of the interest rate on Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd Convertible Bonds 2013/2018
According to the Terms of Issue of the Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd which are traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange with codes BCCB/ΤΡΚΜΧ and BOCB1/ΚΥΠΡΟ1 respectively (the «Bonds»), the interest rate on the Bonds which will apply for the period from 01/01/2010 until 30/06/2010 was reviewed and set at 1,993% (6-month Euribor 0,993% plus 1,00%).
