Cyprus Airways Public Limited (the “Company”) informs investors that on Thursday, 15 November 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company will meet to review and approve the non-audited Interim Management Statement of the Company for the period from 1 July 2012 to 15 November 2012 that will be published in accordance with article 11 of the Transparency Requirements (Traded Securities in a Regulated Market) Law of 2007.
