Further to its announcement dated April 15, 2013 Cyprus Airways Public Ltd would like to inform the investing public that at the meeting held on April 29, 2013 the Board of Directors examined the final results for the year ended December 31, 2012, however, the examination was not completed. It will be continued at a meeting to take place on May 2, 2013.
