Cyprus Airways Public Ltd, further to its announcement dated March 12, 2012, would like to inform the investing public that at a meeting held yesterday the Board of Directors approved the sale and purchase agreement between the Company and Gecas Asset Management Services Inc. for the sale of 2 self-owned A319 aircrafts to Gecas.
