With reference to the above issue, Cyprus Airways Public Ltd would like to inform the investing public that:
Triple Five informed in writing the Company on May 4, 2012 that it is interested in acquiring a majority stake in its capital and asked for information on its financial condition, its activities etc. Triple Five, will form its final decision after evaluating all information.
It is clarified that a number of other organizations have expressed their interest in participating in the Company’s capital but no specific proposal has been submitted so far. If any such proposal is submitted, the Company will release the necessary announcements, pursuant to the Law.
