In view of pending issues that significantly affect the final results for the year ended December 31, 2011, at a meeting held Friday, April 27, 2012 the Board of Directors decided not to approve and announce the results at the current stage.
With the arrangement of those pending issues, the Company will notify on the date that the Board of Directors will meet to approve and announce the final results for 2011.
