During the AGM of CLR Financial Services Ltd. of the 6 July 2001, the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2000 were approved as well as the auditors report, Board members were re-elected and Ms Kalliopi Toumpouri was appointed as a new member of the Board. PricewaterhouseCoopers were re-appointed as auditors. Executive Director Mr. Neoklis Nicolaou briefed shareholders on the company's progress through the year 2000 and on future plans.
