The Board of Directors of CLR CAPITAL PUBLIC LTD will meet on Friday, November 26, 2004 at the Company’s registered office to examine the following issues:

1) The consolidated three-month results for the period ended September 30, 2004.
2) Issues of Corporate Governance.
