The CLR Investment Fund Ltd Board of Directors, will be convening on Friday 21 September 2001 at 3:00 p.m. to examine, amongst other matters, the six-month results for the year 2001. The Board will also continue the examination of the prospect of acquiring shares of the Company, as provided by Law.
