The CSE Council decided, following an application by CLR Investment Fund Ltd. and in the best interests of investors according to article 29(1) of CSE regulations, to suspend trading of titles of the company from 27 February until 13 March 2001 inclusive, in view of the imminent exchange of shares of CLR Investment Fund Ltd. with shares of CLR Financial Services Ltd.
