On the convention held on February 26, 2003, the Board of Directors of CLR Financial Services Ltd has decided to approve the indicative results for the financial year ended December 31, 2002 (net profit/loss after taxation). The indicative results have not been audited by the external auditors of the Company and have been prepared in accordance with the International Accounting Standards.
The indicative results will be published in newspapers “Phileleftheros” and “Politis” on Friday, February 28, 2003. Copies will be available from the Company’s registered office, Vironos 26, 1096, Nicosia. Press-clippings will be sent to the CSE and SEC according to the CSE Regulations.
