At the meeting held on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, the Board of Directors examined and approved the indicative results for the financial year ended December 31, 2006.
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in newspaper “Politis” on Thursday, March 1, 2007. Copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, 26 Vironos Avenue, CLR House, 1096, Nicosia.
At the preparation of the indicative results, the Company followed the same accounting standards as in the annual accounts for the year ended December 31, 2005. The results have not been audited by the external auditors of the Company.
The results are presented in euros only. The conversion from Cyprus pounds to euros was based on the exchange rate as at December 31, 2006 (£1= € 1,7295).
