Pursuant to articles 114, 116 and 171 of the CSE Law, CLR Investment Fund Public Limited would like to inform the CSE on the disposal of a significant stake of the share capital of Brainstorm Enterprises Public Limited to Krondel Enterprises Limited on April 4, 2006. The details are as follows:
- The percentage of voting rights and share capital held by CLR Investment Fund Public Limited before the aforementioned disposal stood at 13.22% and after the disposal the company is no longer a holder of voting rights or share capital in Brainstorm Enterprises Public Limited.
- The percentage of voting rights and share capital held by CLR Investment Fund Public Limited before the aforementioned disposal stood at 13.22% and after the disposal the company is no longer a holder of voting rights or share capital in Brainstorm Enterprises Public Limited.
