At a meeting held on November 26, 2004, the Board of Directors of CLR CAPITAL PUBLIC LTD decided the following:
1. Approved the consolidated results for the three months ended September 30, 2004. The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, 26 Vironos Avenue, CLR House, 1096, Nicosia, Cyprus.
2. The Board of Directors also discussed the incompliance with the Corporate Governance Code. Since 2003, almost all Company’s operations and staff have been transferred to the subsidiary, CLR Securities and Financial Services Ltd, which has been granted an EPEY license by the Securities and Exchange Commission for the provision of investment services (EPEY license No 002/03), governed by the strict laws, regulations and inspection of operations similar to those of the Corporate Governance Code. Taking into account the above, the Board of Directors decided to suspend the enforcement of the Corporate Governance Code at the current stage. The Board of Directors will keep abreast with the developments and will readjust its policy for the investors’ interest.
