With reference to the issue of 28,469,830 ordinary and fully paid bonus shares to the ratio of 1 bonus share of nominal value £0.10 for every 7,08118 existing shares, we would like to inform you the following:
The cum-bonus date will be on June 4, 2007.
The ex-bonus date will be on June 5, 2007.

Following that, the company will proceed to all necessary procedures for the listing of the new shares to CSE. The official date for the listing of shares will be announced.
