We wish to announce that on January 17, 2003 (record date) interim dividends will be payable to all shareholders.
As a result of the above and according to the CSE Trading Rules, transactions of shares of the company over the (2) two (and not 3 as previously announced) trading sessions preceding the January 17, 2003, that is from 15/1/2003 (and not 14/1/2003) will be ex-dividend.
On 29/8/2002 the Board of Directors had decided that interim dividends of 5% (1 cent per share) will be payable to all Company’s shareholders for the financial year 2002.
